All shipments in Finland / Europe are sent by priority first class mail. Outside Europe is economy by default.
You should not need a BIC code for SEPA payments but in case you do it is OKOYFIHH.
For the above deliveries which are offered untracked an optional tracking number can be requested for €14. Please request by email before ordering to avoid multiple payments. Packages are not insured. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage cause during transport so if you require insurance please request by email before you place the order.
Free shipping offers are shipped without jewel cases where the cases are normal and un-customised. Special cases and stickered cases are sent normally.
PayPal
Cancelled orders paid via Paypal will be refunded minus the applicable Paypal fees. A minimum administrative fee of €5 will be applied to cancellations made by the buyer after payment has been completed.
