What’s in a name?
White City Records is named after a beloved Thomas Dolby song. I have used White City and other Dolby references as my user ID's for decades so it was the obvious choice when starting the store.
White City Records is a specialty music collector's on-line store in Helsinki, Finland with decades of experience of collecting and curating music. We also love Japan and this is reflected by our specialization in the importation and sale of Japanese CD and vinyl. We also sell selected Japanese snack, drinks and novelty items – as well as the very best in local Finnish and international music! (Access to Japan is naturally restricted currently, so products other than music are not available)

If you do not find the item you are looking for in the shop we can probably find it for you. Especially if you are interested in Japanese pressings, our stock is sourced in Japan every few months. Ask us and we'll do our best to find things for you.

We don't collect feedback in our own online store but you can see the 100% positive rating at Discogs (active since March 2020) and on ebay where I have been buying and selling for over 20 years without a single negative, not even a neutral!
