Revocation
As White City Records deal predominantly with the sale of used goods, all products have a limited warranty. The warranty concerns the item being delivered as advertised. Should any conflict arise, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
However, any items that are delivered that do not meet the quality/condition expected by the advertised grading can be returned for refund or exchange. (if possible)
Customers must inform immediately by email within one week of delivery with a description of the problem and photographs showing the issue concerned.
We will do our very best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible but replacement of the item will usually be problematic as the store often only has one example of the item in stock at any one time. We will do our best and as grading is a sometimes subjective issue we expect a little flexibility also on the side of the customer.
